By controlling the sequence you ensure that the process follows your internal rules and business practices, which minimises the risk of errors and ensures a professional experience for the recipient.
Advanced flows where sequence is critical
In Handsal you can build advanced flows where the sequence is crucial for your security and document handling:
- Internal approvals before external send-out: You can decide that a department head or manager must first review and approve the document before the system sends it to the customer for signature. This ensures that the customer never sees a draft that has not been 100% quality assured internally.
- Hierarchical signing process: When the customer has signed, the process can automatically move on to the next level. For example, it may go back to your own organisation for the final director signature, which should only be placed once the other party has accepted all terms.
- Automatic handover to operations: When the last signature is in place, you can have set up the system so that customer service or your logistics department automatically get access as "viewers". That way they receive notification and access to the completed agreement the moment it is valid, so they can start their work without delay.
