Are MitID and BankID signatures legally valid?
Yes. Handsal supports eIDAS-compatible electronic signatures with MitID, MitID Erhverv and Swedish BankID. You get a full audit trail and a sealed PDF with cryptographic evidence.
Can I upload already signed contracts?
Yes. You can import external and historical PDF agreements — including those signed via Penneo, DocuSign or on paper — and collect them in your archive with milestones and reminders.
How do milestones and AI date suggestions work?
Handsal automatically extracts dates such as renewal, expiry and notice deadlines from contracts. AI suggests dates you can approve with one click and view in the calendar with reminders.
